Product Conformity Certification Scheme for Paint Product (PCCS-PP)

PCCS-WC is a voluntary product certification scheme that provides an easily-understood and robust way to show that close-coupled water closet suites with 6 litre flushing capacity meet the requirements of major users in the Hong Kong region.

The objective of this Scheme is to ensure all water closet suites produced by Certified Manufacturers comply with the Technical Regulations of the Scheme and are accredited by the Certification Body as stated.

Issue 1 of the PCCS-WC has been published on 1st December 2025.

Issue 1 is effective on 1st December 2025 with an 18-month transition period until 31st May 2027.
