认证委员会管理该计划，负责根据计划服务的测试行业当前需求，颁发、审查和修订人员认证头衔和要求。认证委员会可根据需要指定专门的工作委员会来监督计划的具体部分。  

认证委员会由香港测检认证协会设立的计划秘书处（PS）提供支持，并负责计划的日常运作。
